At that point or later, the government resources did not mention anything about the head of household. I was told I have to mark the premises, which was calculated to be 17.5 kanals of land. One kanal is equal to 5440 square feet and a house. The government sources told me that if I did not claim the land, things would become complicated. I had to claim it. That is the house and land in Gulistan Amin Lalbazar, Srinagar, Kashmir, Asia. In 1980 and 1983 in Srinagar I was told at some point I will be abroad. I have to document my assets. On April 5, 2023, landlords in Srinagar were asked to furnish tenant details in 10 days. Dr. Asif Qureshi, the owner/landlord of premises in Gulistan, Lalbazar, Srinagar, including a house and 17 kanalas and 5 marlas of land, circulated the facts. 1 kanal is equal to 5440 square feet. This is in response to the District Magistrate of Srinagar and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Srinagar, who reminded property owners/landlords to furnish tenant details within 10 days. On April 6, 2023, the situation in Srinagar was not similar to the situation in United States. Dr. Asif Qureshi has not given the premises, which include a house and 17 kanalas and 5 marlas of land, to anyone. On or after April 6, 2023, the District Magistrate of Srinagar and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Srinagar, are required to verify that no person remains at the premises without the permission of the owner/landlord, Dr. Asif Qureshi. If anyone is from Dalgate or Chattabal, Srinagar, they must be relocated. The District Magistrate of Srinagar and Senior Superintendent of Police, Srinagar, are required to see that the rights of Dr. Asif Qureshi are protected.
